Work Solutions Gippsland Pty. Ltd is a specialist employment agency whose prime focus is to assist people with a disability gain and maintain employment in the mainstream workforce.

In February 2002, Work Solutions Gippsland Pty. Ltd was established to provide employment services to people with a disability in South, Central and East Gippsland.

One of only five private providers in Australia, Work Solutions Gippsland Pty Ltd offers specialist employment services to people with a disability in the Gippsland region. Emphasis is placed on identifying individual aims as well as skills and abilities to gain and maintain an appropriate job in the mainstream workforce at award wages or better.
