The Xerox Shop was formed in 1983 and is the sole authorized sales and service agent for Fuji Xerox Australia in Gippsland, Mornington Peninsula and The Yarra Valley.

In 1993, The Xerox Shop qualified as a Strategic Network Partner of Fuji Xerox Australia. The Xerox Shop network in Australia makes up the largest Strategic Network Partnership of Fuji Xerox in the world today.

As a Fuji Xerox S.N.P., we have all of our technicians and technical support people trained to the standards required by Fuji Xerox Australia, which is the highest level of competency in the industry and is AS/NZS ISO 9002 accredited.

Fuji Xerox Australia and The Xerox Shop has in place comprehensive equipment performance monitoring systems that keep a detailed history on each machine. This allows us to monitor equipment and ensure it is performing to Fuji Xerox specifications.

Xerox lead the field in the development of new copying and printing technologies and spends more on Research and Development than all of its competitors put together (more than $1 billion annually in Research and Development). As a result this provides commercial advantages to its customers with cutting edge technology and improvements.
