Nayook Outdoor Education Centre (Nayook) is a residential outdoor educational centre, owned and operated by Glen Waverley Secondary College. It is located in West Gippsland in the heart of the La Trobe State Park and on the border of the Mt Baw Baw Alpine National Park on 30 hectares of native bush and pine forest

Experienced outdoor education teachers supported by 2 trainees, cleaner, cook and maintenance people staff Nayook. In addition the 'Friends of Nayook', made up of staff and parents contribute to the maintenance of Nayook through working bees. The facilities include a dormitory complex that can accommodate up to 32 students & 6 staff, indoor and outdoor teaching areas, kitchen, dining room, first aid room and amenities, staff residence and student recreational hall. Nayook also has a comprehensive range of specialised equipment to support the various outdoor education programs such as a rock climbing/abseiling wall, ropes courses, canoe equipment and other outdoor resources.
